Dear Parents,
A warm and heartfelt welcome to the 2025 school year! We are thrilled to have had such a wonderful start, and it’s clear that both our students and staff are off to an amazing
beginning. We’re sure you must be as proud of your children as we are. They have
embraced school life with enthusiasm, quickly settling into their routines and forming strong connections with their teachers and peers. The positive energy throughout the school is truly uplifting, and it makes our school such a joyful place to be.
This year, we feel incredibly fortunate to have your children here with us. They bring so
much joy, laughter, and excitement to every part of the school day. Whether it’s the morning and afternoon at Kiss and Go, greeting parents at the school entrance, learning in the classrooms, or playing on the playground, your children are at the heart of our school community. Every day, we celebrate the opportunity to share in their learning, friendships, and overall growth. Thank you for your ongoing patience, understanding, and support as we navigate this new year. Your positive attitudes and communication have a significant influence on how your children engage with school, and we deeply appreciate it.
I would also like to extend a special thanks to our dedicated staff, who continue to go above and beyond to ensure our school is a happy and positive place for everyone.
In the coming weeks, we are excited to host a Welcome BBQ for all members of our school community to celebrate the start of the year together.
This year, our continued focus is on how our behaviours influence our well-being and
learning, as well as the well-being and learning of others. Our whole-school approach to
positive behaviour, BEST, emphasizes:
Building Relationships
Expecting Excellence in Everything
Staying Safe Everywhere
Taking Responsibility for Ourselves and Our Learning
By focusing on these principles, we aim to create a warm and welcoming environment where kindness, understanding, and thoughtfulness are at the forefront. We believe that when each of us—whether at home or at school—works together, we can help our children bring the best version of themselves to school every day. We are grateful for your continued support in making our school a positive and welcoming place.
We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful community and look forward to a fantastic year ahead.
Kind regards,
Lisa
