Congratulations to our St Mary's School Choir
On August 29th the St Mary’s School Choir performed in the Primary School Choir section at the Traralgon Eisteddfod. The choir sang “Part of Me” by Drew Lane and then jazzed it up with “Ease on Down the Road” by Charlie Smalls. We would like to congratulate the School Choir and Mrs Warner for their well deserved win, with a big special thanks to Sophy Morley as the accompanist. The Choir has returned with a large perpetual trophy as well as a monetary prize towards the choirs’ further development. Watching the development of our singers through choir is amazing, and a great opportunity to develop social skills, vocal skills and a sense of community within the school music program. New members are always welcome and we encourage students to attend if they have an interest in singing!
